This compact cross table with integrated linear motor drive enables the laser trimming of SMD (surface-mounted device) components.
The focus here was on the high positioning and therefore processing accuracy as well as the encapsulation of the installed drive. By using our linear motors, the drive force can be transferred directly and wear-free to the motion platform - and all this with minimal installation space.
